We certainly believe that in our company, and that is why we offer a bespoke service to suit you and your needs. We always come to see your home and discuss your requirements, take notes and ask you questions. Once we have done this, we then create a bespoke checklist just for you. We charge by the job rather than by the hour. The same way you would expect a window or carpet cleaner to charge. The same work will always be carried out from a checklist specific to your needs, it’s not subject to a time frame, but we will assure the same quality on every clean.
Regular Weekly Clean
- Between kids (and young at heart spouses), work, pets, and all life throws at you - keeping the house spick and span can be a chore! If you’re finding yourself without the time to give your home the attention it needs, we can help.
Bathrooms, floors and counter tops need weekly attention in order to maintain a clean home. If you do not have the time or energy for this but want to keep your home immaculate, consider a weekly service. You’ll love the freedom!
We use professional cleaning products, we do ask to use your (working) vacuum and mop to avoid cross contamination between cleans.
Bi-weekly Clean
- You can relax knowing that every other week the professionals at OCDC Cleaners will arrive at your home to provide the detailed clean that is required to maintain a clean and healthy home.
Face it, life is way too busy to stay on top of the dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms and floors on a regular basis. You’ll be sure to find a ring in your toilet and dust accumulating on surfaces if your home is not cleaned at least every other week.
One Off Clean
- We are here to help! Contact us when you want a one off clean and we will find a slot in our schedule to suit you!

Moving into a new home?
Why not hire us to help reduce the stress of moving and get your new home thoroughly cleaned and spotless ready for your move in date. Whether you have just bought, or you are renting, it feels great to know you’re moving into a clean home.
Every property and every customer is different but a typical end of tenancy clean or move in/move out clean can include the following:
Kitchen – clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards; clean inside/outside of oven; clean inside/outside microwave; wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; wipe all kitchen counter tops; wipe inside freezer and wash removable shelves or trays; clean hob/ grill; sweep and wash hard surface floors; clean and polish sink, damp wipe window ledges, skirting boards, door frame and radiator. Please note that cupboards must be emptied, and freezers must have been allowed to defrost so cleaners can carry out the service.
Bathrooms – Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; scrub and disinfect toilet, clean baths & showers, shower doors and tiles; scrub and polish bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; clean mirrors, wipe skirting boards and door frame.
Bedrooms – Vacuum and mop (if necessary); clean mirrors; remove cobwebs; clean windows inside; dust and wash windowsills and ledges; vacuum carpet edges; clean inside empty cupboards and wardrobes.
Living room – Vacuum and mop (if necessary); vacuum carpet edges; clean mirrors; polish tables and other furniture; clean pictures; wipe skirting boards and door frame; remove cobwebs; clean windows inside; dust and wash windowsills and window frames, hall, stairs and landings;vacuum and mop (if necessary); vacuum carpet edges on stairs; clean mirrors; wipe skirting boards, doors and door frames; remove cobwebs.
